The materials and colors used in the exterior decoration of the designed object allow the building to be organically integrated into the existing building complex. At the same time, the use of modern stylistic and compositional techniques makes it stand out. Finishing walls made with the use of facade ceramic granite tiles in beige and brown color with inserts of metal siding "L-bar". The facades of the building facing the road are made using vertical climbing plants of the liana type (Chinese lemongrass). Calm warm colors are used in the color scheme of the facades.
